Sugar Lab is coming in hot with the next best thing in sushi fusion.
Following in the footsteps of a true sushi chef, our designers
painstakingly studied the texture of rice and the delicate shades of
orange, pink, and white needed to achieve the perfect marbling of fresh
salmon cut.
Meanwhile, our top chocolate makers were creating a
mouthwatering, house-made ganache infused with Hojicha-- a versatile tea
powder made from finely ground roasted green tea, traditionally grown
in Kyoto, Japan. If you can bring yourself to bite into one of these
adorable little sushi maki rolls, you will be in for a real treat.
Hojicha Ganache:
The flavor of smooth milk chocolate with Hojicha powder is subtly
sweet, nutty, and toasty, with a soothing green tea accent. [No sesame
seeds on bottom]
Tahini Ganache: This
sophisticated mix of tahini and sesame seeds adds an umami profile to
